The place is nothing fancy, and a bit chilly.

Place was rundown but fairly clean. Sat in folding chair in foyer to see parade. Chose Kim, whose picture was on the website. Room was spartan but clean, with a one person shower and massage table. Instructed to use shower, then girl left the room. Came back shortly afterward.
